It was a long day for Tyler today. He had numerous tests and blood draws today. His blood counts were good and they will know his test results tomorrow. Charles and Tyler left the house at 8:00 am and arrived home at 4:00 pm. Tyler was exhausted and went straight to bed. He knows that tomorrow is a tough day.
We need to pray specifically for Tyler today and tomorrow for this next round of chemo to be easy on his frail body but successful. These next 3 days he will receive 3 powerful chemo drugs, doxorubicin, cisplatin, and bevacizumab, which he had during week 0. These 3 drugs are given to Tyler 4 times during his entire treatment. This will be the second time he will receive them. These drugs make him very weak, nauseous, his blood counts drop and he throws up. The doctor is going to give him a stronger anti-nausea drug that will hopefully help. Tyler needs to feel our prayers and God's loving arms around him this week. I am thankful that Charles is in town to be with Tyler and help Sarah.

I wish so much that you didn't have to go through this.I know I keep saying that but i really do mean it. I pray that you will not get sick with this next round of chemo and that you will be able to rest peacefully while the medicine is working in you. God will be right by your side. I miss texting you but I know that when i don't hear from you, you are resting and thats whats best for you right now. You know i'm just a text away!
