Tyler is finishing up week 5 of chemo. I just talked with Sarah and Tyler and he is on his last bag of chemo. Hopefully he will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow early afternoon. He has been in the hospital since Wednesday and he is ready to go home. He has slept a lot this week. He fell asleep last night at 10:00 pm and didn't wake up until 3:00 this afternoon. The anti-nausea medicine has been strong and has made him very sleepy. Sleeping is better than throwing up any day! Tyler won't have to return to the hospital until August 12 or 13 for more chemo.
Tuesday is Tyler's 14th birthday so leave him a comment or send him a card to cheer him up. His address is 10704 Quiet Cove Collierville, TN 38017 I pray he will be feeling stronger and better next week. I am thankful that he is receiving the TPN instead of the feeding tube. I hope he will be able to eat his favorite foods next week and put on some weight. God will provide so take it a day at a time. Continue to lift Tyler and his family up daily in prayer. Charles will be returning to Louisville early next week. Stay close! Kim

I know you are so glad to be going home from the hospital. i pray that you will feel good this week for your birthday. I sent you a card but it might be a little late. i will definitely be thinking about you on Tuesday and wishing you well. i have been playing a lot of soccer this last couple weeks. High school tryouts are finally over and i am going to get to play with the jv girls team. I'm excited about that! I miss you so very much. Your texting always brightened my day. Hopefully when you're feeling better we can text again. Take care Tyler and know that you're in my prayers daily.

Hey Bud!!!!!! Hope you slept good last night. tee hee!!! So.....This morning i woke up, then i took a shower, then i watched tv, then i went to church, then i came home, then i watched tv, then i went to the pool, then i ate dinner(veggie burritos Aghhhhggh), i went to the bathroom, then i cleaned my room, then i played ultimate frisbee, then i watched tv, now im talking to you!!!!! Another exciting day in the finnesand household and hoping for another good one tommorow!!!!!
